DIPESH BHAGTANI, the actual property company Jaycee Homes director, was arrested on Friday for alleged irregularities in a redevelopment assignment and cheating traders of Rs 1.76 crore. Andheri (West) resident Nandkishore Sharma, the complainant in the case, had booked an apartment in a proposed 16-ground building on J P Road for Rs 2.16 crore and paid a boost of Rs 69 lakh.
