Hyderabad: Slain gangster Nayeem’s spouse and his four associates have been arrested for promoting benami houses and seized coins of Rs 88.37 lakh and three 4-wheelers from their ownership.
The investigators of SOT Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, together with Bhongir Town police, arrested Nayeem’s wife, Hasina Begum, and his henchmen, Pasham Srinivas, Md Abdul Nazer, Md. Abdul Faheem and Thumma Srinivas promoted the illegally received properties and accrued huge cash by executing sale deeds and seized internet cash of Rs 88,37,000. The slain gangster had obtained numerous homes, commercial complexes, and open lands as he used to go to any volume to grab something, whether for a chunk of Land or the constant property that drew him. The SIT police, who’ve segregated the files seized from the residence of Nayeem and his circle of relatives, individuals, and buddies, found that the properties that had been grabbed from humans forcibly are registered on benami names.
Pasham Srinivas was arrested using SIT after the encounter with Nayeem. He became worried in 182 cases, was detained under the PD Act, and imprisoned for approximately years. During the length, while Nayeem changed into alive, Pasham Srinivas acted as his agent and the courier. He used to provide records to Nayeem about the lands, disputed homes, and wealthy persons. Nayeem, in turn, indulged in kidnap, murder, and threats of the concerned individuals and used to register the houses of his enemies forcefully. Pasham Srinivas, who changed and launched from prison, started moving to Bhongir city. The henchmen of Nayeem have conspired and supplied documents for Registration with the cooperation of the Sub-Registrar in appreciation of the Land measuring 5 acres in Sy No 730, which became illegally occupied via Nayeem and his fans during his lifetime. After the loss of life of Nayeem in the year 2016, Nayeem’s buddies and his family individuals, through Nayeem’s benami Thumma Srinivas, performed sale deeds in Sub–-Registrar office Bhongir in admiring Land admeasuring 5 acres in Sy No 730 situated at Bhongir Town vide Document PR Nos. 26/2019 and 27/2019 and acquired Rs.89 lakh from Mandapally Venkateshwar Rao and distributed among them.
