CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–May 5, 2019–Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a control agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad organization (“Hap Seng”) to increase a Hyatt Centric lodge in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Expected to open in 2021, Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu will be the first Hyatt Centric in Malaysia and will connect savvy, in-the-know guests with shareworthy stories at and around the property.
Situated within the coronary heart of the town, the lodge will offer handy admission to the industrial district, shopping department stores, restaurants, and different nearby points of interest. The Jesselton Point pier is also inside, taking a walking distance, allowing visitors to go to nearby islands easily, while the airport is a little greater than six miles (ten kilometers) away.
